Tap the counter number or the “+” button to count up, and tap the “−” button to count down.
You can also turn on “Count with volume buttons” in Settings to increase the selected counter with your iPhone's volume buttons (either up or down) — handy when you want to count without looking at the screen.
* The volume buttons cannot decrease the count.
